A message of hope!

There was a time when I enjoyed my life. I was happy. I was smiling and laughing. I enjoyed making you laugh, spending quality time with you, loving you. I loved being around our family and friends. I supported you and I was there for you when you had no one else to turn to. I comforted you in your time of sorrow, I held your hand when you lost your confidence. I hugged you when you lost your job and told you, “We would be ok.” I was at your bed side when you were sick. I kissed you in our time of celebration.

Now, I don’t enjoy life. I am on a path of destruction and chaos full of broken promises and relationships, deceit, mistrust, a lack of responsibility, and a life full of instability. I push everyone and everything I love away from me. I am destroying my health, our family, and our reputation. I may or may not even realize that I do need help.

If I don’t get help soon enough the reality of the situation is this disease will be the cause of my death or my incarceration.
